At Mulu Jewelry, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy:

  1. No Refunds
    Mulu Jewelry does not offer refunds. All returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.

  2. Exchanges for Manufacturing Issues
    If you encounter a manufacturing defect with your jewelry, we will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the process.

  3. Eligibility for Store Credit
    Items eligible for store credit must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing issue.

  4. How to Initiate a Return
    To begin a return for store credit or to report a manufacturing issue, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
